The Rive Tower 1 – Fully furnished short-stay studio’s and apartments

Short-stay:
This residence is offered with a short-stay contract. You can stay for a maximum of 3 to 5 months, depending on the criteria you meet.

Important:
Initially, the studios of Rive Tower 1 are reserved for exchange students, expats, and working professionals who need an urgent temporary housing solution (i.e. due to home renovation, internship, or temporary work in or around Rotterdam). If you are already living in – or around – Capelle aan den IJssel, you probably do not meet the conditions to book this residence with a short-stay contract. Note that you cannot rent a short-stay residence if you have been a tenant of Holland2Stay before.

Income requirements:
Are you a student?
Then you should provide us a proof of enrolment at a Dutch university or Dutch university of applied sciences (hbo) for the current year.

Are you employed?
Then your gross monthly income (including the average bonuses, allowances and holiday payments), should be at least 3 times the basic rent price. Couple? Then your joint income is the highest income plus 50% of the second income.

The studios and apartment of Rive Tower 1 are finished to a high standard. The kitchen is equipped with ultramodern appliances, including a fridge, cooker, and dishwasher.

Rive Tower 1 includes a modern launderette and will feature a beautiful communal garden, perfect for picnics or for a neighbourly hang-out. The building offers its residents parking possibilities and a bike shed where they can safely store their bikes.

Rive Tower 1 is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, close to the city of Rotterdam and just in the vicinity of the Erasmus University. The citycenter of Rotterdam can be reached just within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. Public transportation is easily accessible, with the closest bus stop located just 300m away.
