Important: The residences of The Lee Towers have a minimum rental period of 3 months. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book this residence if you are of have been a tenant of The Lee Towers before with a tenancy of 3 months, 5 months or 1 year max.

To be eligible to book this residence at The Lee Towers, you must be able to prove that you are a student or have a monthly income of at least 3.5 times the basic rent price. Couple? Then your joint income is the highest income plus 50% of the second income.

The apartments are completely furnished, carefully designed, and with spacious layouts. Towering high in the sky, the building offers beautiful views of the city’s skyline. All residences include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with rain shower, floor cooling in the Summer, and floor heating during the colder days.
